Middle East Clinical Specialist

We are currently looking to recruit a Clinical Specialist for the Middle East region, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Middle East General Manager, you will be responsible for driving product promotion and services to new and/or existing customers through face-to-face contact to meet individual and organizational objectives. The Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing enhanced relationship management for suppliers that translates into exceptional customer service, including product trainings, maximizing the supply chain, and maintaining great relationships with our distribution partners. The Clinical Specialist promotes company products and services to distributor sales resources and works to gain access to new customers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develops local promotion and support strategy by identifying customer needs


  • Performs product demonstrations, and provides pre- and post-sales services


  • Builds a strong relationship with customers and hospital staff


  • Organizes and/or attends events with all relevant stakeholders


  • Identifies new business opportunities


  • Ensures the right product positioning


  • Supports users with building guidelines, and local protocols


  • Ensures each team member of the distributor/business partner is properly trained and directed for maximum effect


  • Ensures each of our business partners is fully engaged and represents our business best


  • Maintains detailed records


  • Develops and executes commercial plans in the region. Establishes and monitors goals for the region, works closely with global/local marketing team to build & execute CAH global marketing strategy in the region


  • Clinical Operations is responsible for providing clinical specialties support and expertise in the areas of advice and consulting, research and patient care to internal business units and external customers


Qualifications:


  • +5 years of experience as clinician, multinational corporate environment is highly desirable


  • Scrub Nurse, or equivalent experience in related field. Advanced degree preferred


  • Strong communication skills in both local (Arabic) language and English. Business fluency in both languages is a must


  • Ability to travel and work in the field by 50%
