Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in M&A and ECM transactions.
  • Fluent in English; experience in a top-tier international law firm is required. Fluency in Arabic is valued but not necessary.
  • First-class legal ability with a practical commercial approach; excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills; strong academic results.
  • Experience or exposure to Saudi Law in cross-border transactions is advantageous.
  • Genuine interest or affinity for the Middle East.
  • Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of initiative and independence.
