System Implementation and Configuration

• Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 and LS Retail, including system design, configuration, and customization.
• Assist in setting up POS terminals, retail pricing, store management, and inventory processes.

Customization and Development

Develop and customize NAV / LS Retail modules using C / AL, AL, and Visual Studio Code.

Create custom extensions and reports to meet business requirements.

Functional Analysis

Analyze business processes and identify gaps in the current system for retail operations.

Provide functional solutions for inventory management, procurement, sales, and financial modules.

Integration Management

Integrate Dynamics NAV 2018 and LS Retail with third-party systems such as payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, and hardware devices (POS, printers, scanners, etc.).

Troubleshooting and Support

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to NAV 2018 and LS Retail.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for end-users.

Data Migration

Handle data migration from legacy systems to Microsoft NAV 2018, ensuring data integrity.

Training and Documentation
