This role is based in Riyadh and demands a proactive CRM professional with strong domain knowledge, CRM platform expertise, and business stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Implementation & Customization
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM to suit banking-specific requirements.
  • Develop and optimize workflows, dashboards, reports, and custom fields aligned with retail/corporate banking needs.
• Domain-Driven CRM Design
  • Apply domain expertise to design CRM workflows related to KYC, customer onboarding, loan origination, and compliance processes.
  • Support CRM integration with banking systems like Temenos, Finacle, and payment gateways.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, risk, and compliance teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Document user stories, functional specifications, and process improvements.
