Key Responsibilities:

• Design and customize Dynamics 365 CRM applications utilizing C#, JavaScript, and HTML for a tailored user experience.
• Configure, develop, and support Dynamics 365 CRM in accordance with industry best practices to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Create, modify, and troubleshoot existing applications, providing timely solutions to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
• Design and implement integrations with other systems using Power Platform and relevant integration tools to ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate effectively with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather, analyze, and document requirements to meet project objectives.
