Roles & Responsibilities

This role is dedicated to the Alliance and will work closely with our Alliance team counterparts within Microsoft, functioning as a joint team to ensure alignment, engagement, and success for both organizations.

Who we are looking for

You will focus on developing and expanding the strategic alliance with Microsoft, particularly around driving the Azure cloud platform and its services. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders across PwC and Microsoft to build relationships, design go-to-market strategies, and execute them effectively. You will work with the Alliance Director and the broader Microsoft alliance team to grow the partnership and achieve sales targets.

You will engage with business and sector teams regarding our Azure offerings and develop campaigns and activities to increase demand across multiple channels.

As a Strategic Alliance Senior Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the annual planning cycle at the sector level to define the overall alliance strategy internally and with Microsoft.
  • Managing operational rhythms related to sales and pipeline management.
  • Collaborating with PwC and Microsoft Azure sector teams to build relationships, identify joint opportunities, and leverage Microsoft sales programs.
  • Working with other PwC teams (sector, marketing, events, branding) to create business development campaigns and content that promote the PwC & Microsoft partnership (case studies, social campaigns, webinars, etc.).
  • Engaging with Microsoft Azure customer sales teams to position PwC’s capabilities/services and identify joint activity opportunities to generate new pipeline.
  • Leveraging the partnership with Microsoft Azure to access funding, enabling PwC to offer compelling commercial solutions to clients and maximize value.
  • Connecting PwC sector and capability teams with Microsoft Azure colleagues to develop IP on the Azure platform, guiding the upload of solutions with high-quality collateral to Microsoft’s marketplace.
