The Micro Piling & Anchoring Operator is responsible for operating specialized drilling rigs and equipment for micro piling and ground anchoring works. The role involves ensuring precise execution of drilling, grouting, and installation activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate micro piling and anchoring rigs efficiently and safely (CASAGRANDE, BERETTA, XCMG, ...).
Execute drilling, grouting, and anchor installation as per project specifications.
Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs.
Adjust drilling parameters based on soil conditions and project requirements.
Ensure proper alignment, depth, and load capacity of micro piles and anchors.
Follow safety protocols and site procedures to prevent accidents.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and site teams for seamless operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in micro piling and anchoring operations.
Ability to interpret drilling logs, designs, and technical instructions.
Familiarity with different ground conditions and drilling techniques.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and equipment maintenance.
Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging site conditions.
