Role Overview

Husaak is seeking a dynamic and results-driven MICE Sales Manager to lead our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sales efforts in Saudi Arabia. In this growth-oriented role, you will spearhead business development for the MICE segment, leveraging Husaak’s reputation as a respected regional brand. The MICE Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new corporate clients and building strategic partnerships across the GCC. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional in the travel industry with a robust network, fluent in both Arabic and English, and passionate about creating exceptional travel and event experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE segment, including corporate meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and event planners to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players and suppliers to expand Husaak’s offerings and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Proposals & Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, sales pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing Husaak’s value proposition and unique experiences.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions across Saudi Arabia and the GCC to promote Husaak’s services and generate leads.
  • Collaboration & Customization: Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, and product development) to customizeevent solutions for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven Industry Experience: Demonstrated success in the travel industry, with a focus on MICE sales and business development. (Experience in handling corporate/group travel or event sales is highly desirable.)
  • Strong Network in KSA/GCC: A robust network and existing client portfolio within Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. Established connections with corporate clients and industry partners that can be leveraged from day one.
  • Bilingual Communication: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required. Ability to communicate effectively with local clients and international partners.
  • Client Acquisition & Partnerships: Expertise in new client acquisition strategies and proven ability to build strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Able to craft persuasive proposals and confidently pitch to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Adaptability: Familiarity with the Saudi/GCC market culture and travel industry trends. Willingness to travel within the region as needed to meet clients and attend events.
