Role Purpose

To take control of accounting and GL responsibility.

Responsibilities

1. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
2. Establish and enforce proper accounting practices.
3. Perform accounting activities including reviewing and clearing of balance sheets and GL accounts, as well as handling addition/deletions related to employees.
4. Monitoring all transactions related to Projects (AP, A/R, Project, GL, Inventory, Controlling, etc.) and Contracts.
5. Daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries.
6. Assisting credit control in the collection process.
7. Maintaining accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements.

Minimum Requirements
