From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.
The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer and a creative thinker with experience across the Middle East region, specifically in Saudi Arabia. They should be a visionary strategist and marketing go-to-market expert, experienced in planning and executing multi-channel customer experiences, developing and presenting content, and managing strategic opportunities, campaigns, and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver small business advertiser adoption and revenue growth goals through innovative strategies, education for growth initiatives, strategic partnership programs, and campaigns across the Middle East region.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to identify regional SMB needs through data, campaigns, and content.
- Drive new cash activations, revenue, and eMAA through bespoke marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to generate leads and revenue for TikTok advertising solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SMB acquisition and revenue growth plans via innovative strategies, partnerships, and educational initiatives in the META market.
- Establish and nurture relationships with high-potential external SMB partners, managing the partnership lifecycle from opportunity identification to evaluation.
- Manage strategic partnerships within the SMB ecosystem, driving cash activation and engagement through marketing programs for high-value businesses in Saudi Arabia.
- Create compelling program narratives and sales materials for seasonal and ongoing campaigns, coordinating deliverables, budgets, and cross-team support.
- Design and implement bespoke marketing campaigns and engagement touchpoints in partnership with Sales, Product, PR/Comms, and Enterprise marketing teams to increase leads and revenue.
- Advocate for SMB customers internally, influencing teams to prioritize SMB needs and develop data-driven solutions. Manage third-party agencies for campaign quality and success.
- Share best practices and collaborate with regional and global teams to achieve full-funnel success, including leads and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze campaign and partnership performance, identify improvements, and iterate strategies for better results.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years in marketing or strategic partnerships in the Middle East, ideally in digital marketing, with a focus on SMB sector.
- Strong knowledge of the META region's business landscape, especially in Saudi Arabia, including key players, trends, regulations, and cultural nuances.
- Ability to craft and execute integrated marketing plans, lead on-ground events, and develop strategic ideas across channels.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with experience articulating complex concepts and building partnerships.
- Proven project and stakeholder management skills, capable of independently leading initiatives and managing diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:- Background in creative agencies, brand creative groups, or strategic roles within tech companies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and targets.
- Excellent organizational and execution skills, with experience in content strategy analysis.
- Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Effective prioritization skills and results-driven mindset, capable of filling operational gaps and driving outcomes.
