A leading food company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Supervisor - Merchandising to lead merchandising activities and ensure high standards are met. This role requires 3-4 years of experience in merchandising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. You will work closely with retailers and the sales team to meet sales objectives.
To Lead the merchandising activities and events, to achieve sales objectives, at store level through creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and focus on achieving key KPIs.

• Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes, and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.
• Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.
