Responsible for creating visually appealing displays, managing multiple stores, training staff, and implementing brand standards to enhance sales and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the showroom, understand their needs, maintain displays, and assist with product demonstrations while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising guidelines, collaborate with team, conduct product training, and stay updated on trends in luxury fashion.
• Install point of sale materials, manage inventory, ensure product presentation, and comply with safety regulations while coordinating deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with visit itineraries, manage merchandise loading, shelf arrangement, inventory, and communicate pricing while supporting promotional actions.
• Analyze inventory data, develop replenishment plans, and support e-commerce sales.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding dealer network, and promoting laminates with strong communication and relationship management skills.
