Business Rotations (Sept 2025 - Aug 2026)

Spend 11.5 months rotating across high-impact teams.
You'll gain broad exposure to Mercer's diverse consulting practices, building critical skills through real client work, internal projects, and mentoring.

High performers may be offered full-time positions at Mercer upon graduation.
