Programme Structure: Your Two-Year Journey
Phase 1: Business Rotations (Sept 2025 - Aug 2026)
Spend 11.5 months rotating across four high-impact teams:
• Transformation
• Mercer Talent Enterprise
• Executive Rewards
• Rewards & Products
You'll gain broad exposure to Mercer's diverse consulting practices, building critical skills through real client work, internal projects, and mentoring.
Phase 2: Practice Specialization (Sept 2026 - Aug 2027)
Choose your path and spend 12 months embedded in one core area, where you'll deepen your expertise and take on more responsibility.

High performers may be offered full-time positions at Mercer upon graduation.
