B. Role Purpose:
Responsible for performing all tasks related to Electro Mech. Tasks.
C. Key Accountabilities:
- Diagnoses faulty equipment.
- Performs advanced troubleshooting and major repair.
- Performs testing and commissioning of new installation.
- Uses special tools and instruments and orders spare parts.
- Performs the main duties noted above on the system/equipment as HVAC, chiller, water plant, power plant, etc.
- Participates in advanced tasks under supervision.
- Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
- Responds to client complaints / requests.
- Attends and participates in commissioning of new equipment installations.
- Leads up to four subordinate(s).
- Possesses high level technical knowhow.
- Implements MMS and quality management system.
- Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management within reason.
