MEP Sales Manager

Is required for a well-known company that specializes in Electro-Mechanical & Air Conditioning Services in Saudi Arabia.

The Ideal Candidate is expected to:

1. Track the future of the new projects, along with the performance and efficiency of their team members.
2. Acquire new clients.
3. Train the sales team.
4. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
5. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
6. Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.

Requirements:

1. EE/ME bachelor's degree.
2. 10+ years of experience in MEP projects.
3. Skills: leadership, communication, English.
4. Professional skills: Microsoft Office, Revit, SCADA, AutoCAD.
5. Driving license.
6. Preferably worked in Saudi Arabia.
