• Proficiency in CMMS and other asset management software.

• Supervise day-to-day operation and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate repairs.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC and water systems.

Job description

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on :
• Central air conditioning systems (HVAC)
• Water supply and health systems, including pumps Utilize Computerized Maintenance
• Management Systems (CMMS) to track tasks, asset performance, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and facility management teams for seamless operations.
• Experience : 5 to 10 years in MEP systems within operations, maintenance, and facility management.
• Technical Skills : Solid understanding and hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems.
• System Knowledge : Proven familiarity with :
• HVAC systems.
• Generators and backup power
• Fire suppression and alarm systems.
• Water systems and related mechanical components.
• Computer Skills : Proficient in CMMS and other maintenance / asset management software.
