Remuneration will be commensurate with skills and years of experience.

The Job:

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations.
• Construction Coordination: Collaborate closely with MEP vendors and the interior design team to seamlessly integrate MEP systems with fit-out works.
• Technical Support: Provide expert guidance to clients and troubleshoot on-site technical issues to optimize MEP solutions.
• Quality & Safety Management: Supervise MEP construction quality and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Progress Control: Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion based on the master schedule.
• Cost Control: Oversee project costs, provide technical support during tendering, and engage in value engineering to ensure on-budget completion.
• Testing & Handover: Organize MEP system testing, commissioning, and handover to ensure stable operation and client satisfaction.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports and compile MEP O&M manuals, keeping the Project Manager-in-charge updated on work progress.

The Person:

• MEP Expertise: Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP Engineering preferably in theme park environment or construction industry
• Educational Background: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, MEP etc.) and relevant tools.
• Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and MEP vendors.
