Key Responsibility

Develop and Implement Membership Plans & Packages

  • Design and introduce membership plans that cater to VIP patients.
  • Ensure membership offerings remain competitive and valuable.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and plan effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Identify & Target Potential VIP Members
  • Develop strategies to attract high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research and networking to expand membership.
  • Measure the conversion rate of targeted leads into memberships.
  • Build & Maintain Strong Relationships with Existing Members
  • Regularly engage with members to enhance their experience.

  • Plan and execute premium events for VIP members.

Essential Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years in healthcare management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning experience.
