The Membership Program Manager is responsible for driving membership growth, retention, and engagement. This role involves developing and implementing membership strategies, building strong relationships with members, and ensuring a seamless and high-quality membership experience for VIP patients.
Key Responsibility
Develop and Implement Membership Plans & Packages
- Design and introduce membership plans that cater to VIP patients.
- Ensure membership offerings remain competitive and valuable.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and plan effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.
Requirements
- Identify & Target Potential VIP Members
- Develop strategies to attract high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research and networking to expand membership.
- Measure the conversion rate of targeted leads into memberships.
- Build & Maintain Strong Relationships with Existing Members
- Regularly engage with members to enhance their experience.
- Ensure personalized and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor retention rates and member satisfaction through surveys and interactions.
- Proactively Address Member Needs & Preferences
- Conduct surveys and one-on-one meetings to understand member expectations.
- Tailor services to meet evolving member needs.
- Track engagement levels and respond to concerns proactively.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Teams
- Work with marketing and sales teams to promote membership benefits.
- Drive campaigns that increase membership sign-ups.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Resolve Membership-Related Issues
- Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Ensure seamless and hassle-free membership experiences.
- Track resolution times and member satisfaction post-service.
- Track & Analyze Membership Data
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop strategies to improve membership engagement and retention.
- Generate regular reports to monitor performance and business impact.
- Organize Exclusive Member Events & Experiences
- Plan and execute premium events for VIP members.
- Enhance engagement and loyalty through personalized experiences.
- Gather feedback to continuously improve event offerings.
Essential Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years in healthcare management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning experience.
