### Your Tasks
1. Team Leadership & Coaching
Lead and manage a team of Medical Detailers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with brand guidelines. Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions to assess performance and provide constructive feedback. Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, mentoring, and continuous development.
2. Strategic Execution
Ensure effective and consistent implementation of medical marketing strategies across regions. Collaborate with the Medical Manager to tailor national strategy into actionable regional plans. Monitor KPIs (calls, reach, recommendation rate, coverage) and ensure effective territory management.
3. HCP & KOL Engagement Oversight
Support the development of strong relationships with dermatologists, pharmacists, KOLs & societies across the country. Identify and escalate high-potential HCPs for advisory boards, peer-to-peer engagements, and congresses. Oversee the execution of local scientific events, CMEs, and support participation in key medical congresses.
4. Training & Development
Identify knowledge gaps and lead regular medical and detailing training for the field team. Ensure scientific messaging is accurately and effectively communicated to HCPs and pharmacy staff. Lead onboarding and continuous development programs for new hires.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and physician feedback. Consolidate field insights and relay them to the Medical Manager to inform strategic decisions. Ensure accurate and timely documentation and analysis of CRM data and HCP interactions.
6. Operational Excellence
Ensure optimal use and distribution of marketing materials, samples, and POS tools. Drive the dispensing channel & implement it in the respective regions. Guarantee compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and promotional code of conduct. Support in pharmacy training activities and coordination of retail-from-practice initiatives where applicable.
### Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field; MBA or post-graduate degree is a plus. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in medical detailing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proficiency in English and Arabic (written & spoken). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Proven track record of leadership in the pharmaceutical or dermocosmetic industry in KSA. Strong understanding of dermatology, skincare, or aesthetic medicine markets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and engage with KOLs. Strategic thinking with solid organizational and analytical skills.
