The Position

As a Medical Representative, you will be representing Novo Nordisk’s vision, values, and commitments in the daily conduct with internal and external stakeholders. Not only you will be promoting and selling products to healthcare professionals, but also you will be developing and managing long-term relationships.

Your main accountabilities will be:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing the business plan for your geographical area to ensure that the company objectives and sales targets are achieved.
  • Measuring, tracking, evaluating, and presenting key metrics: prescription depth and breadth planning.
  • Identifying and utilizing high-potential sales opportunities along with preparing the territory plan of action to execute the sales and marketing business objectives.

Qualifications

We expect you to hold a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and you are certified to work (Saudi Pharmaceutical License).

  • You have 0-2 years of experience as Medical Representative.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Driving licence or a driver.
  • Last year university rotation in pharmaceutical company would be an advantage.
  • MBA is nice to have.
  • Please note: This position is open to Saudi nationals in accordance with local labour regulations.

Novo Nordisk’s sales team that leads Novo Nordisk’s product portfolio in Saudi Arabia, which includes world class therapies for the treatment of Obesity, Diabetes & Rare Diseases. As part of the team, you will be responsible to promote NN products, have frontline exposure to our portfolio vision, business strategies, and critical market insights that drive our business forward. You will drive the NN strategy to ensure that the latest therapies and products reach the people who need them most.
