Job Vacancy: Medical Lead - Cardio/Diabetes (Saudi Arabia)An opportunity has arisen for a Medical Lead - Cardio/Diabetes in Saudi Arabia, reporting to the Medical Director, Saudi Arabia.
Role SummaryThe successful candidate should be able to:
- Support the Saudi Medical Affairs strategy by engaging with identified KTLs and executing tactics to raise awareness and knowledge about our company, assigned products, disease states, and research activities.
- Develop and implement territory and KTL-specific strategies to address educational gaps and ensure the safe and appropriate use of our products, in alignment with the country medical director.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities include engaging with influential medical community members, cultivating relationships with KTLs, executing tactics to fulfill Medical Affairs strategies, maintaining scientific knowledge, representing Medical Affairs at events, developing medical programs, supporting research studies, and ensuring compliance in activities.
The role also involves training, communication, relationship building, and maintaining records of KTL visits, with at least 50% of time spent on field activities.
Candidate ProfileCandidates should possess a university degree in medical science, minimum 2 years of experience in a multinational company's Medical Department in Saudi Arabia, fluency in English and the local language, strong scientific and relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
