Job description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a skilled and creative Manager for Media & Show Production to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the production of media content and live shows that enhance our entertainment offerings. You will work closely with various creative teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities
  1. Promotes and champions QIC's commitment to safety by upholding ‘Stop Work’ authority and following all health, safety, and wellbeing protocols.
  2. Embodies the values of Qiddiya by demonstrating strong leadership and management within the team.
  3. Mentors and develops junior staff to achieve departmental objectives, fostering a positive and safe work environment.
  4. Provides regular updates on media and show production statuses to the Project Executive, including highlighting potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  5. Participates in the tendering and contract management processes, ensuring comprehensive documentation and accurate scope input.
  6. Collaborates cross-functionally with internal departments and external consultants to streamline project execution and meet established goals.
  7. Oversees media development processes and works closely with external consultants to ensure the project’s creative vision aligns with its objectives and Ways of Working (WOW).
  8. Identifies project requirements and innovates media production solutions that comply with QIC's standards.
  9. Manages the media review and approval process, ensuring stakeholder approval through collaboration with internal departments.
  10. Coordinates essential mock-ups and workshops with consultants and contractors to address potential challenges early in the production process.
  11. Evaluates submissions from media consultants for adherence to quality standards and compliance with established processes.
  12. Effectively communicates all relevant media and show information to stakeholders and consultants.
  13. Works with project teams to ensure effective onsite integration of media and show deliverables, aligning with commercial and technical project objectives.
  14. Assists other divisions of QIC regarding media and show development requests as needed.
  15. Prepares and participates in presentations to senior management regarding media and show projects.
