Responsibilities

Studio Setup and Equipment Management

Design and set up a scalable in-house studio for video production, live streaming, podcasting, and interviews.

Research, recommend, and procure the right equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and audio systems.

Oversee the maintenance and technical setup of studio equipment to ensure optimal performance.Production Oversight:

Manage the end-to-end production process, including pre-production planning, live recording, and post-production editing.Ensure all content (videos, podcasts, live streams) is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.Develop and implement workflows to streamline production processes.Team Management:Hire, train, and manage creative and technical team members (e.g., video editors, camera operators, audio specialists).Lead and motivate the team to ensure high performance and collaboration across departments.Budgeting and Resource Allocation:Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.Plan for future scaling of the studio and production capabilities as the company grows.Live Streaming and Podcast Production:Oversee the technical setup and execution of live streaming events, ensuring seamless performance.Manage podcast production processes, ensuring high-quality audio and visuals.Collaboration with Marketing:Work closely with the Marketing Director to align content production with marketing campaigns and goals.Analyze content performance data (e.g., video views, podcast downloads) and provide recommendations for improvement.Problem-Solving and Risk Management:Identify and address potential technical and operational challenges to avoid delays or production errors.Develop contingency plans to handle unexpected issues during live productions or recordings.

Qualifications

Expertise in studio design and technical workflows for multi-camera video production, live streaming, and interviews.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and live streaming tools (e.g., OBS Studio, vMix, or Wirecast).Excellent leadership and communication skills.
