Job Purpose:

Develop and implement the company’s digital strategies, manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, and plan and purchase media placements to achieve growth objectives and reach the target audience with maximum efficiency and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop digital marketing plans and strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.

• Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

• Continuously research and analyze the best advertising channels and platforms for the target audience.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust budgets according to performance indicators.

• Negotiate with advertising companies and media outlets to secure the best prices and terms.

• Develop and implement content marketing, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEO/SEM) campaigns.

• Supervise related teams (design, content, analytics, etc.).

• Prepare regular performance reports and submit recommendations to management for improvement.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in digital marketing and apply best practices.

• Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to achieve the highest return on investment.

• Maintain continuous coordination with content, design, customer service, and IT teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in digital marketing and advertising.

• Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable plans.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software.

• Practical experience in pricing the company’s services and ensuring the best value for cost.

• English language proficiency
