A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a technically sound Mechatronics Engineer to operate and maintain various workshop tools and machinery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC and mechanical systems, capable of troubleshooting and collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically sound Mechatronics Engineer who is well-versed in operating and maintaining various workshop tools and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with machines such as CNC, drilling machines, cutter machines, and should possess a strong understanding of troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics.
Operate and maintain workshop tools and machinery, including drilling machines, CNC, cutter machines, generators, and binding machines.
Perform equipment diagnostics, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical faults.
Support in setting up production or testing stations and calibrating systems for operational accuracy.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure proper assembly and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and software) to integrate new systems and technologies.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards in the operation of tools and machinery.
Document maintenance and troubleshooting activities, and assist in root cause analysis.
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
Certification in CNC operation or troubleshooting (preferred but not mandatory).
Hands-on experience with workshop machines: drilling, CNC, cutter machine, generator, binding machine, etc.
Familiarity with system troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Understanding of automation systems, sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics and drawings.
Basic knowledge of safety compliance and machine handling protocols.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
