  • Install and perform diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.
  • Develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans to prevent equipment breakdowns.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns.
  • Document processes and maintain mechanical service records.
  • Optimize mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
  • Maintain a tidy work environment and adhere to industry regulations.
  • Regularly check equipment and operating systems.
  • Ensure machinery operates at optimal performance.
  • Perform troubleshooting and tests on equipment or machinery.
  • Carry out repairs as needed.
  • Install preventative measures to avoid malfunctions.
  • Handle tools such as power tools and rigging equipment.
  • Perform hot work, including welding and cutting.
  • Resolve issues related to motors, conveyors, and hydraulic equipment.
  • Operate equipment like forklifts.
  • Maintain workshop, warehouse, and tools area.
