Your Job

Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking a Mechanical supervisor to drive construction business growth for the Middle East region by supervising installation, assembly, fabrication and maintenance activities. You will coach and mentor technicians, resolve issues onsite and ensure compliance with our high standards of safety and quality. The location of work will be KES Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Relocation as per project site requirement will be needed within middle east (about 90%)

What You Will Do

  • Guide and train team members, fostering a collaborative and high performance work environment.
  • Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies, completing necessary forms, and using protective equipment appropriately.
  • Good knowledge about relevant work procedure (equipment isolation, maintenance & repair)
  • Required Engineering Drawing reading skill and understanding
  • Resolve daily site issues with a focus on safety, efficiency, and value creation.
  • Must understand basics of weld inspections
  • Perform mechanical activity such as, Equipment isolation (Spading/De-spading), Bolt torquing, Internals, Flare tips, Burners, VRU, Oxidizer etc. installation/removal, modification and repairs at site.
  • Good knowledge and uses about Tool’s & equipment selection, pipe flanges /Gasket & types.
  • Good knowledge and uses about basic welding requirements & procedure and rigging activities
  • Good knowledge and uses about equipment’s & handling-Grinding M/c, Drilling M/c, Welding M/c
  • Good knowledge and uses about material, mechanical Valves, piping schedule & fittings.
  • Knowledge about column internals, combustion and emission control equipment’s in oil & gas, Power & Utility industries.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in the Petroleum, Chemical, Oil & Gas Industries, particularly in shutdown activities involving column/tower internals OR combustion and emission control equipment preferably flares.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and lead teams.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office) and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role with a track record of driving results and fostering team development.
