We are urgently seeking Mechanical Supervisors with a minimum of 6 years of Gulf experience to join our team. The selected candidates will oversee the mechanical works on-site, ensuring that all mechanical tasks are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment.
Lead and coordinate the mechanical team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications for mechanical works.
Ensure quality control and supervise the proper functioning of mechanical installations.
Report to senior management on the progress of the mechanical works and any issues encountered.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work is carried out to the required standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to the team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of Gulf experience in mechanical supervision.
Proven experience in managing mechanical works on construction or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
