Job Title: MECHANICAL SITE ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

Supervise HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system installations

Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and NEOM standards

Review MEP drawings (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks)

Coordinate pipe routing, equipment placement, and ductwork

Conduct pressure tests, airflow measurements, and system balancing

Manage material approvals and quality control inspections

Prepare daily progress reports and as-built documentation

Troubleshoot mechanical system issues on-site

️ Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years in Gulf mechanical projects (KSA experience preferred)

Expertise In

  • HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, VRF)
  • Piping systems (CPVC, steel, PPR)
  • Firefighting systems (sprinklers, hydrants)

Software Proficiency

  • AutoCAD MEP
  • Revit
  • HAP/CAESAR II (advantageous)

Knowledge Of

  • ASHRAE standards
  • Pump/valve selection
  • Load calculations

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (must be attested)

Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration (preferred)
