ProBuilder is now hiring an experienced Mechanical Site Engineer to oversee the on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC and plumbing systems. This role involves close coordination with project managers, contractors, and site teams to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of mechanical works. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end projects, a proven ability to lead on-site teams, and a sharp eye for quality, safety, and technical excellence.

Job Role:

• Supervise and manage on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth execution of mechanical works.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare progress reports and document any issues or changes in the project scope.
• Ensure the proper use of materials and adherence to quality standards during installation and maintenance.
• Lead and train on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt solutions to maintain project timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of field experience, with a strong focus and expertise on HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Proven experience in high-end projects with strict quality and performance requirements.
• Experience working as a contractor and managing on-site teams.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and demanding project requirements.
• Proficiency in relevant mechanical and construction software.

Work Condition:

Working hours: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Days off: Friday and Saturday
