This role involves close coordination with project managers, contractors, and site teams to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of mechanical works. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end projects, a proven ability to lead on-site teams, and a sharp eye for quality, safety, and technical excellence.

Job Role:

- Supervise and manage on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC and plumbing systems.

- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth execution of mechanical works.

- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

- Prepare progress reports and document any issues or changes in the project scope.

- Ensure the proper use of materials and adherence to quality standards during installation and maintenance.

- Led and trained on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt solutions to maintain project timelines.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of field experience, with a strong focus and expertise on HVAC and plumbing systems.
