Job summary

KBR recherche un Superviseur Mécanique Rotatif pour superviser les activités de maintenance des équipements rotatifs. Vous serez responsable de l'allocation des tâches, de la supervision des travaux en cours et de la coordination avec différents départements pour garantir la conformité aux normes de sécurité. Le poste exige une solide expérience et un bon niveau de leadership pour travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en tant que superviseur dans la maintenance d'équipements rotatifs.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel.

Responsibilities

• Superviser toutes les activités de maintenance et mettre à jour l'avancement auprès du Foreman.
• Coordonner les ressources humaines, les équipements et la disponibilité des matériaux.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Title:

Mechanical Rotating Supervisor

• Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipments and materials availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.
• Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipments.
• Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
• Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Conduct Toolbox talk before commencing work.
• Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.
• Participates in Safety audits.
• Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years experience as Supervisor in maintenance of Rotating equipments like Various types of Pumps & Compressors, Steam and Gas turbines, Gear boxes, Conveyors, fin fans, Safety valves, Alignment techniques, etc.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
