• Develop daily and weekly production plans for custom and standard heat exchanger units.
• Coordinate closely with design, procurement, and workshop teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain and update BOMs and routing in ERP systems.
• Monitor shop floor progress, adjust plans as needed to meet delivery schedules.
• Implement MRP best practices, optimize inventory, and reduce lead times.
• Participate in weekly production meetings and report KPIs (OTD, idle time, WIP).
• Ensure compliance with ASME, TEMA, or other industry codes.
