We are urgently looking for Mechanical & Plumbing Foremen with a minimum of 6 years of Gulf experience. The selected candidates will oversee and manage all mechanical and plumbing-related tasks on-site, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the mechanical and plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works on-site.
2. Ensure the correct and safe implementation of mechanical and plumbing systems as per project designs.
3. Lead and guide a team of technicians to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project schedules.
4. Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications related to mechanical and plumbing systems.
5. Ensure all works meet the required safety standards and regulations.
6. Provide technical support and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
7. Monitor progress and report on the status of mechanical and plumbing works to senior management.
8. Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standard.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of Gulf experience in mechanical and plumbing supervision.
• Proven experience in managing mechanical and plumbing works in construction or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems, installation procedures, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively.
