Job description

Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a Diploma Holder for the Mechanical Department.

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out corrective, reactive, and planned preventive maintenance of assets across all restaurants, offices, and commissaries owned by Americana Group.
2. Manage hard and soft services, including MEP, kitchen equipment, hood servicing/monitoring, and fire protection systems.
3. Ensure all locations occupied by Americana Group are maintained efficiently according to company standards and values.
4. Maintain good manners, be soft-spoken, and cooperate with other team members.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: Mechanical Technical Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant maintenance and general maintenance.
• Experience with kitchen equipment and MEP, with knowledge of parts availability in the market.
• Must hold a valid driving license.
