Skillset:
Foreman, knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage a team of mechanical workers on construction sites
2. Coordinate and schedule mechanical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
3. Ensure all mechanical work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards
4. Interpret blueprints and project specifications to guide the team
5. Perform inspections and oversee the testing of mechanical systems
6. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide timely solutions
7. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure project deadlines are met
8. Monitor and maintain inventory of mechanical parts and tools

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman (5+ years preferred)
2. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical manuals
4. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
6. Strong communication and organizational skills
7. Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical engineering or related fields
