Job description

He will be reporting to the Office of the Supervisor, KFUPM Affiliated Colleges at Hafr Al-Batin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection and maintenance of all elevators periodically.
• Installation of machinery and mechanical parts and ensure the safety of operating conditions and control devices.
• Replacement of spare parts for elevators and control systems by simple and troubleshooting.
• Replacement and installation of metal cords periodically.
• Implementation of programs of preventive maintenance according to maintenance manual issued by the manufacturer.
• Screening and diagnosis of electrical faults and take remedial action necessary.
• Application of health and safety professionally.

Qualification and Experience:

• BS/MS degree in recognized field of specialization.
• Experience of five (5) years in the operation of elevators or types of services such as Mitsubishi or Otis or Express, and others.
• Holds a license from a certified specialist in the maintenance of elevators (Professional License).
