Responsibilities
  • Review MEP designs for compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, district cooling plants, grey water treatment plants, and automatic waste management plants.
  • Analyze and optimize the energy efficiency and sustainability of mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into building designs.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of MEP designs through thorough review and analysis.
  • Identify design issues and discrepancies in MEP systems.
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations to improve MEP system designs.
  • Verify compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed review reports, design specifications, and project documentation. Knowledge of Mostadam, LEED is a plus.
  • Possess knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.
