Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (master's degree preferred).
2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, project design, and site execution.
3. Proven experience in leading engineering development for industrial or infrastructure projects.
4. Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and codes.
5. Proficient in project management methodologies and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS, MS Project).
6. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.

Preferred Skills:

1. PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
2. Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Heavy Industrial sectors.
3. Familiarity with EPC project lifecycles and contractor management.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and technical review of mechanical engineering projects.
2. Review project designs submitted by GES (General Engineering Services) contractors and alliance partners for compliance with technical standards and project requirements.
3. Ensure adherence to international engineering specifications, industry codes, and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO).
4. Interpret and evaluate engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, specifications, and technical documentation.
5. Utilize engineering software and tools relevant to project planning, design, and execution.
6. Provide technical leadership and oversight of mechanical engineering services during project development and execution phases.
7. Resolve site-specific design challenges and implement technically sound solutions.
8. Manage and control the engineering phase of site projects within scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
9. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders for successful project delivery.
10. Monitor project progress and initiate corrective actions to meet engineering objectives.

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience, maximum 12 years.
