Job summary

Une entreprise leader dans le secteur alimentaire recherche un technicien de maintenance pour assurer la continuité de l'opération des machines. La mission inclut la planification de la maintenance, la supervision des réparations et l'analyse des échecs de machines. Les candidats doivent avoir un Bac+5 en ingénierie mécanique, avec une expérience minimum de 1 à 3 ans, de préférence dans l'industrie alimentaire.

Qualifications

• Baccalauréat en ingénierie mécanique ou domaine pertinent.
• 1-3 ans d'expérience, de préférence dans l'industrie alimentaire.
• Expérience avec les FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Établissement des programmes de maintenance mécanique et supervision.
• Assistance à la maintenance de la ligne de production.
• Analyse des pannes des machines et élaboration d'un plan pour éviter les récidives.

Job description

Position Purpose

Follow up the machines continuously to maintain and reduce failures, participate in the development of maintenance plan to achieve the desired objectives.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance Planning

• Setting up mechanical maintenance programs and preventive maintenance for the machines and supervising the implementation.
• Assist in the development of maintenance plans.

Production Line Maintenance

• Assist in the maintenance of the production line.
• Supervise the follow-up of the machines periodically.
• Assist in the maintenance of any troubleshooting or machine failures.
• Implementation of GMP rules
• Suggest and carry out necessary modification in the plant to improve its performance

Spare parts and Installation

• Follow-up mechanical spare parts for machines and order the required spare parts.
• Participate in the installations whether replacement or renewal.

Analysis & Reporting

• Perform the required analysis of machines failures and the root causes of their occurrence and develop a plan to avoid recurring problems.
• Provide the mechanical section head with a daily report about any downtime or machines failure.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Academic and professional qualifications:

• Bachelors in mechanical engineering or any relevant field.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience
• Previous experience in the food industry is preferable
• Have experience with FMCG.
