Responsibilities:
- Lead and actively participate in the design and detailed engineering of mechanical components and systems, utilizing industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Conduct rigorous engineering calculations and simulations to ensure the robustness, safety, and efficiency of our mechanical designs.
- Develop comprehensive technical drawings, detailed specifications, and thorough documentation.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, production specialists, and project managers, to achieve project objectives.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to mechanical systems and equipment.
- Develop, execute, and critically analyze testing protocols to validate design performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and relevant industry best practices.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and Artline's internal quality policies.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable and progressive experience in a mechanical engineering role.
- Proven proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (please specify preferred software, e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).
- Comprehensive understanding of fundamental engineering principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and material science.
- Experience with CAE tools such as FEA (Finite Element Analysis) or CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet demanding deadlines.
