2. Follow up and complete all work in accordance with construction drawings and contract specifications.
3. Ensure compliance with all company and local authority requirements regarding Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
4. Conduct all activities safely, adhering to company and HSE standards.
5. Manage the utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower effectively.
6. Communicate and enforce correct procedures for each activity to the workforce.
