Mechanic

Electro Mechanic/ Hydraulic Sr. Technician

Duties:

1. Join the fixing of hydraulic components for RSADF systems covered under the currently approved TAA.
2. Provide technological and design recommendations to the directorate/section manager.
3. Participate in preventive maintenance procedures for all upkeep levels.
4. Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and check out hydraulic equipment.
5. Maintain inspection consoles in the hydraulic shop.
6. Knowledge in operating and maintenance of hydraulic parts console.
7. Participate in opening and closing work orders and on-the-job training (OJT) orders.
8. Apply approved design changes.
9. Enforce applicable RSADF safety policies, procedures, and standards.
10. Perform other related duties as needed by the area officer.

This position requires a Saudi individual who is qualified to obtain any required Export Authorization.

Required Skills:

1. Minimum of two (2) years experience in troubleshooting, fault isolation, repairing, testing, and checkout of hydraulic systems.
2. Or two (2) years of the minimum experience obtained at Direct Assistance or higher echelon maintenance level.
3. Proficiency in hydraulic systems maintenance.
4. Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.

Required Education (including Major):

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Science from an accredited college.
2. OR equivalent experience on the basis of two (2) additional years of experience for each (1) year of higher education.
