Job Description

This is a role where you can make a real difference! The Firm-wide Control Management team provides a centralized view of all control functions, driving real-time problem detection, escalation, review, and solutions. Our designated control managers support their stakeholders in managing the control environment. You will partner with Management, Risk, and Compliance, oversee audits and regulatory exams across various areas, and align support with business priorities. You will also execute the Regional payment regulatory agenda and lead governance across the program. The Payments Controls Organization is transforming and enhancing its end-to-end strategic operating model, integrating product, operations, and technology controls. As the MEA Payment Control Manager, you will work closely with regional and global partners to develop and implement the Payments end-to-end controls strategy in the region.

As a Vice President in our Payment Control team, your responsibilities include supporting the execution of control agendas across modernization programs and collaborating with key partners across Payments, including Operations, Technology, Product Management, and Business Control Managers.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Engage with senior leadership, stakeholder committees, and relevant bodies to validate and assess priorities across WP controls teams.
  2. Identify and proactively manage risks to the delivery of our end-to-end target operating model strategies.
  3. Deliver high-quality, consistent executive reporting and analytics to identify trends and support business decisions.
  4. Create and deliver executive communications, status reports, and metrics.
  5. Oversee controls impacting Payments in the region, including front-line, operational, and technology controls.
  6. Facilitate regional and governance forums and escalate issues to regional management when necessary.
  7. Partner with testing teams on regular control framework testing, including location product reviews.
