We are seeking a talented and passionate Hotel Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase our hotel's brand awareness, drive bookings, and enhance revenue. The candidate must have proven experience in hotel marketing and be fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

:Key Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development: Create and execute innovative marketing plans aligned with the hotel's objectives to increase occupancy rates and revenue.

Campaign Management: Develop and manage advertising campaigns across various digital and traditional channels, including email marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and social media.

Digital Marketing: Manage and grow the hotel's online presence, including the official website, social media platforms, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content in both Arabic and English to promote the hotel's services and special offers, including posts, photos, and videos.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, analyze competitors, and identify new growth opportunities.

Public Relations Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners to enhance the hotel's image.

Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management, with recommendations for improvement.

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Reservations, and Food & Beverage departments to ensure coordinated marketing efforts and achieve common goals.
