MDM ENGINEER (Healthcare) Type: Full-time, 1-year contract (This is a remote position with mandatory business trips to Saudi Arabia)

Responsibilities

1. Understanding of MDM processes
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
3. Optimize MDM processes to improve data quality, governance, and security.
4. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) for sensitive data management.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and performance issues.
6. Monitor and improve MDM systems to meet business and technical needs.
7. Design, develop, and maintain scalable MDM solutions tailored to healthcare applications.

Requirements

1. Must skill: 3+ years of hands-on experience with MDM tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee, IBM InfoSphere).
2. Must skill: Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.
3. Experience working with healthcare data (e.g., FHIR, HL7, EHR systems).
4. Scripting languages: Python, SQL
5. Solid knowledge of data governance and compliance in healthcare.
6. Familiarity with cloud platforms and data pipelines.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
9. English - Upper intermediate, Arabic - Advanced.
10. Flexible for travel to Saudi Arabia.
