Job description

Job Description:
You will take care of the day-to-day operations and integration: engineering, planning, manufacturing, and testing, reporting to the Operations Director. Leading a group of people with different roles in the plants and interacting with a larger group - GSC & GCP - inside the organization to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing different projects in OG plants efficiently to maximize profitability, meet customer requirements and lead time, while ensuring the proper quality of our solutions.
  2. Ensuring the Operational Model deployed for the region while collaborating with other BUs inside the organization.
  3. Managing and coordinating a team of people - direct and indirect reports.
  4. Setting and following up goals and key indicators for the plant and teams.
  5. Plant organization support: co-leading production processes, plant capacity, and capabilities required.
  6. Project supervision and control.
  7. Working with supply chain to establish proper flows, ensuring the material and equipment (IG/OG), and selecting the proper network of partners (cost, delivery, quality, and safety).
  8. Supervising purchasing: IG and OG.
  9. Issue resolution during manufacturing and testing.
  10. Ability to work in a highly Engineering To Order environment.
  11. Deploying SE MDC processes to align with the rest of the plants.
  12. Working with Quality to ensure a safe environment for personnel and delivering first-class solutions to our customers.
  13. Active participation in opportunity reviews and issue escalation, with local and regional teams.
  14. Working with different departments inside the organization: project management, tendering, quality, and H&S.
  15. Reporting to the Operations Director and issue escalation through RACI matrix including the customer.

Qualifications

Requirements / Qualifications:
Engineer with a master’s degree,
5+ years of experience in Operations,
5+ years managing projects and solutions,
Proactive, self-motivated, organized, disciplined, solution-oriented, and decisive,
Detail-oriented,
Open and approachable persona,
Ability to engage with customers,
Demonstrated ability to drive results in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving organization,
Leadership skills,
Experience working in international markets, being flexible to adapt to multi-country, multi-time zone management of activities,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Proficiency in English,
Proficiency in Microsoft tools,
Ability to travel 20% of your time, both domestically and internationally, to support projects and factories if needed.
