Description:

Serves as the Aviation MD530/AH6i Maintenance Instructor under the guidance of the Aviation Institute's Technical Department Training Manager. This role involves delivering instruction for the 15S/Si MOS Qualification Course, including academic teaching, hands-on performance training, evaluations, and developing course schedules to ensure students meet proficiency and maintenance standards. Additionally, responsible for maintaining accurate Student Training Records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Graduate of the US Army Helicopter Maintainer course or an equivalent military/civilian program.
• At least 6 years of maintenance experience on the MD530/AH6i or a comparable airframe.
• Capable of developing syllabi and providing instruction to 15S/Si MD530/AH6i Maintenance Repairer candidates.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Army Aviation training concepts, administration, operations, and logistics.
• Proven ability to manage a team to achieve organizational goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with Adobe Pro and other relevant applications.

Additional Requirements:

• Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
• Criminal Record: Candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions to qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, as per the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test. The company enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy to ensure workplace safety.
• Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will adhere to Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must comply with these regulations throughout their employment.
