We are looking for a dedicated Math and Physics Teacher who believes in the power of these subjects to shape analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in students. The ideal candidate will inspire a love for mathematics and physics, creating a dynamic learning environment that promotes student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Assess and document student performance, tailoring instruction to individual needs.
  • Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and respect for diverse perspectives.
  • Provide additional support and resources to students struggling with math and physics concepts.
  • Collaborate with parents and colleagues to communicate student progress and address concerns.
  • Plan and implement instructional lessons that promote active learning and student participation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE/QTS or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 3 years teaching experience in mathematics and physics at the secondary level.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary curricula, including international standards (BSO, IB, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Commitment to nurturing a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Proficiency in child protection and safeguarding standards.
  • Qualifications like NPQ or other professional development in teaching are considered a strong advantage.
